What the Semrush Affiliate Program is

Semrush runs the Semrush Affiliate Program. It is a real program, and its own affiliate page is the source for every fact below. Read the page yourself before you join, since terms can change.

Commissions

Semrush's affiliate page lists up to $450 per sale and $10 for each trial activation. The amount depends on the product and the partner tier.

The words "up to" matter. That is the most the program pays per sale, not a typical result. What you earn depends on which product your reader buys and which tier you are in.

Semrush's affiliate page says the program uses last-click attribution and a 120-day cookie.

Under last-click attribution, the program credits the link that was clicked most recently. When a reader clicks a different affiliate link after yours, that newer click can be the one that earns. You can read more about how windows work on the cookie window page.

Network and payouts

Semrush's affiliate program is hosted on Impact. Its page says it pays by Electronic Funds Transfer or PayPal.

For more on reading payout terms, see how affiliate payouts are sent.

Who can join

Semrush's affiliate page says a content creator's website should have at least 1,000 unique visitors in monthly traffic.

Do not guess at extra requirements that Semrush's page does not list.

What is not allowed

Semrush's affiliate page says self-referrals and commission sharing are strictly prohibited.

Self-referral means sending your own link to yourself to earn commission on your own purchase. Commission sharing means splitting your commission with someone else. Do not do either in this program.

Where to learn more

This page covers only the Semrush program. Other programs have their own terms. You can read about the HubSpot Affiliate Program or the Grammarly Affiliate Program on their own pages.

Check Semrush's affiliate page for the current terms on the day you join.
