These terms apply when you use Affiliate Sheet.
A reference, not advice
Each page restates what a program's own pages said when we checked them. It is general reference for US creators. It is not legal, tax or business advice for your own situation.
Check the program's own terms
Programs change their rates, cookie windows, payout rules and lists of banned traffic. A page here can fall behind. The program's own terms are the ones you agree to, so read them before you join, and again before you promote.
Disclosure rules are yours to follow
If you promote a program, you are the one who must disclose it to your readers. A page here may mention a program's own rules about that. It does not replace them or the law where you live.
No guarantee
We cannot promise a page is complete or current. We are not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on it.
Affiliate links and partners
Affiliate Sheet uses no affiliate links and has no partners among the programs it lists. We earn nothing when you join a program. If we ever do, we will say so on this page and beside each link that pays us.
Names and content
The writing here belongs to Affiliate Sheet. Program names and brands belong to their owners. Naming a program does not mean it endorses this site, or that we endorse it.
